From the boat show, to multiple test drives on the water, designing our new Tige and now delivery, they were just the best!! We were choosing between a few boats and, while we fell in love with the 22RZX, what really pushed us over the edge was the support we got from Bjornson. We never once felt pressured, they accommodated our needs, and it all felt easy. They took great care of us!

The end-to-end experience at Bjornson Marine is second to none in the PNW! They sell new Tige and ATX wakeboats, and various used trade-ins, and also have a vast selection of boat gear, and watersports equipment like Surf & Wake boards, tubes, ropes...pretty much anything you need to have fun on the water with your boat.So for my new boat buying experience, I worked with Clint and Tony, who are awesome, patient, and transparent people to work with. There was no pressure with the buying experience, and they were transparent with the numbers on our new boat and our trade in. We ultimately closed the deal with Clint, who gave us a very fair price on our trade in, as well as our new 2022 Tige 23ZX. They even got us excellent financing rates and terms, and they don't take a 1% financing cut like most dealerships do. So the interest rate was a full point lower than it would have been at a different dealer.The next part of the buying experience was our on-the-water walk thru with Chris. We didn't have to wait days, or weeks....Chris got us on the water the same day we signed papers. He did an outstanding job with showing us everything we needed to know to be successful wakeboat owners, took the time to answer all our questions, and even drove the boat while I surfed for a bit.Finally, the great Bjornson Marine experience doesn't stop with the purchase. When I called to get scheduled for my 20 hour service, I was told to bring my boat in the next day....Not weeks, or months like most marine dealers....the next Day!! Their policy is that if you buy from them, you go to the front of the line for service. I had the boat back in 3 business days, and thats including several warranty item repairs like gelcoat repair. The previous dealer i used took 3 weeks to get me in, and then another 2 weeks just to look at the boat that i bought from them, and then I had to reschedule the repairs.I could not be happier with Bjornson marine. As long as I live in the PNW, they will have me as a customer.Dustin

Where to start? Excellent customer service is a lost art, but Bjornson Marine truly gets it. Get this, they call people back, follow-up, explain things in detail and need I go on? There's a communication problem that exists these days, but not here. Why would I use someone 11 hours away unless they were exceptional. Well done Tony and Team!!!

I bought my first boat from Clint back in 2017, a Tige R21. Since then I have been using Bjornson Marine for all my service needs. They have been the best to work with all around. I have been thinking about upgrading to a new boat for about a year. Again Clint worked with me on making it possible. This weekend I traded in my R21 for a new 2022 Tige Z1, and I could not be happier. Our family cannot wait to get it out on the lake. In 2014 we purchased a 32' Carver from Clint Bjornson and it was one of the most enjoyable transactions I have had of this size in my life. His team of expert mechanics and staff coupled with his own personal attention to detail made it easy for us to close the purchase. Everything was delivered as promised and on time! I was so satisfied with Bjornson Motors and Clint (the owner) that I have him looking for our next larger boat for our family. Bjornson Motors is a great company to work with. They stick to their word and make you feel comfortable.. I purchased a boat from Bjornson motors in Feb of 2015. I wanted to make sure the boat didn't have any major problems so I scheduled a survey with a local company to make sure the hull and engine were sound. The boat did not come with a trailer, but they worked with me and delivered it to the surveyors shop. Then when the surveyor was done, they picked the boat up and completed all the work needed based on the surveyors recommendation. Once the needed servicing was done, Bjornson delivered the boat to me in Lake Union where it is now moored. I got a good boat at a good price and the entire process was comfortable and fare. I never felt like I needed to haggle with the sales department or feel like they were taking advantage of me. Great Company!

I purchased a 28 foot Chaparral this past Spring. The owners have been very responsive to any questions or concerns I had ... even well after the purchase. The owner dropped off a new battery recently (original battery somehow died) just a day after I contacted them about it. It was a "no-pressure" atmosphere from the start. I certainly recommend these guys - it's a family owned business and, most importantly, they're honest and they make sure that you are satisfied well after the sale.
